Queensland police failed to conduct unbiased investigation into allegations that a minor sex attack in September last year on a 14-year-old girl in south-west Brisbane left her with a brain injury.
A woman was sexually assaulted in th아로마 마사지e south-west of the state by three girls, aged 15, 12 and 11. The boy was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital where he is in a stable condition.
This week the girl’s family are suing the women accused of allegedly assaulting her in March. They claim the girl was lured to their house at midnight and raped by the same three teenage girls.
At times the case has been drawn to the attention of the community with angry residents calling for the girls’ arrests and for police to investigate the alleged rape. The victims are seeking up to $100,000 in damages and are asking any witnesses to come forward.
The woman who lives nearby in the town of Macquarie, who did not want to be named,33 카지노 has no recollection of the night in question.
The woman claims she called the police about the incident, but they never took action.
She has described the girl being brought to her house and in one instance being repeatedly raped.
The woman was not ass샌즈 카지노aulted by a stranger, but was invited into the home and at least twice was subjected to a sexual act before being raped by one of the women, the woman said.
She did not remember either time but “had a good experience” at the house.
She said police were negligent and did not provide a safe and adequate environment for the girl, who was not treated properly by police. “She [the 14-year-old girl] was extremely upset and distressed and was quite traumatised and was fearful of coming forward.”
This week the family are considering legal action against the three young women and asked anyone who knows anything about the incident or has ever had sexual interaction with the girl to come forward.
“It’s a tragic event, and one I am not going to let go of,” she said.
Two other victims have come forward too, she said. “I am concerned that the police did not respond appropriately and the situation is now being looked into seriously and those responsible are being held to account.
“We don’t have to wait for it to be solved. We can help this girl [the 14-year-old girl] and the other two children who might be coming forward who were also assaulted in similar cases in Bali.”
