Police investigating child pornography ring arrest
The charges against two alleged operators of the website were dropped on Wednesday after prosecutors concluded that the investigation did not reach any substantial level of risk to the safety of minors.

The website was raided by state police and local police in 2012. Three alleged members of the site, who were serving time on unrelated child pornography charges, were arrested for using the site in their search for children. The other three members of the team were arrested on unrelated child pornography charges on the website.
The prosecution initially asserted its case that the site was operating a child pornography enterprise, but later dropped it after reviewing video of the site, the Los Angeles Times reported.
According to an indictment handed up to the court, members of the team used a tool that would allow them to search for child pornography, but would also allow them to share some of their material with fellow members, without being notified that such access would allow their sites to be accessed by others.
This allowed the other users to monitor the search, the indictment said. One of the alleged members of the team, who was named as Andrew Scott, was arrested on December 3, 2013, in a s바카라 게임earch warrant issued under California’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Law.
Investigators had suspected he was responsible for distributing child pornography videos online, but the case was dropped after Scott paid $1,000 for a DVD and other digital media.
While the arrests resulted in a substantial bust, the judge presiding over the case, Michael J.
